Spring time jigging on offshore pins for kingfish.
The trip began leaving the shore at 530 am and reached destination by 730am.
Casting stickbait for 1hr without any result, later decided to go jigging. A lot of kingfish sign in mid water, I used NB Current Rider 220gm and Nature Boys Iron Flick 5104.
The kingfish were biting hard and fighting harder but had little chance to reach the reef because fish were biting mid-water. Iron Flick 5104 is a pleasure to use and handling good size kingfish.
Many fish in 10-14kg range were caught and I kept one for sashimi
